has come today is the realization that it must have a diverse workforce. Affirmative action
rules still are useful in that laws still exist and are in place in the case that unfairness does
begin to grow once more. Justification of affirmative action is more difficult now than in

affirmative action issues. At this point, it appears that market forces are more efficient in
