It is the report of a study conducted to assess the reading levels of 50 women patients and then judge the reading levels of patient education materials that the women might receive from health care providers. The purpose of the study was to assess the relevance of a specific clinic’s instructional materials to the women of the local area. This particular study is useful but has some design and implementation shortcomings that should be addressed in future efforts. Bibliography lists 1 source.
