This 92 page paper examines the potential of peer to peer (P2P) as an efficient architecture for the UK National Health Service (NHS). The paper starts with an introduction, along with aims and objectives, justification and limitations. This is used as a foundation to consider the way that P2P could fit in with the culture, make use of existing resources and enhance the NHS's ability to meet its' performance goals.
