Fluoride: Overview

[ send me this term paper ]
3 pages in length. Fluoride, thought to be the best way to prevent tooth decay, has now come under significant scrutiny for its connection to other health issues including damage to tooth enamel and cancer. Drinking water supplies across the country have had fluorine added their sources for nearly eighty years and toothpaste has been fortified for decades to make sure as many people as possible have access to easy prevention; today, almost seventy percent of the nation's population drinks fluoridated water. No bibliography.
