A 10 page paper. The McGill Action Planning System (MAPS) is also referred to as Making Action Plans. This is a process that was developed to help identify a student's future goals and then to begin laying the foundation for individualizing the transition services. It was originally designed to help move disabled students into the regular education classroom.
